We generally find students and employees are very sound with technical aspects of work but lack in communication.
Communication plays a key role in any job be it an employee or a student you should perfect in communication. Communication is the backbone of our society. It allows us to form connections, influence decisions, and motivate change. Without communication skills, the ability to progress in the working world and in life, itself, would be nearly impossible. We all think we speak good English what’s there my grammar is good, I write well and speak well too. But only a language trainer will be able to tell you if what you have spoken is correct or not, what’s written is good or not, and to mention the trainer helps you overcome the fears of speaking in front of the audience.
